Pantheon has an old school kit.

Riot seems to be moving away from point click CC (ie panths W, tarics stun, sions old stun, TF's yellow card, ETC.) I think that panths kit could be much improved.
what i think would be great for him would be changing his W into a aoe skill shot where you just dash forward and when you hit somone you stun them and anyone around them. keep E how it is, and make his ult have much shorter range, but happens instantly and without that indicator, or atleast have it apear later so he can jump tino a fight to initiate. Anyone think this would feel great? it could be a great change for (albiet a bit strong)
