Pool Party Taliyah Skin Concept

I have this skin concept for Taliyah. I am a dedicated Taliyah one trick and I would love to see a Pool Party Taliyah skin coming this summer. I think many have thought about this skin concept before but I wanted to give my thoughts on what her spells should look like. What are your thoughts? I'm not good enough with photoshop yet to take this concept into practice.

Passive: Surfing board Q: Throwing regular water particles (I think many wants a water-bender skin for Taliyah). Or she could be throwing beach balls but I think most people would like just water. W: A swimming ring or a lifebuoy pops up from the water. E: Summons perhaps shells and maybe some beach play tools like spades and buckets. R: Summons a long jetty or a wharf.
