New Game type Concept

This is an idea of a game type to help people play in new lanes without getting stomped by more experienced players.

Just simple, an Example:

the same Summoners Rift map, but if someone played a lot with a support, or a mid lane, with they respective champions, and respective routes. When search for a match, the game blocks the lanes and champions you most played, and let you just play with champions you don't have played yet (much). Them the other people you gonna play against is in the same situation as you.

Making the match less frustrating and with much less rage, cause all players there is in the same boat and avoiding people to create new smurfs accounts just to try and learn a new route!

I want to know opinions this will be good, will help new players learn more lanes in a more safe environment?

I voted no for one reason: This gamemode would be swamped with players with smurfs, despite what you said, because they could get away with any champion. Trolls exist, and with 9 other people in your game I'd say it's fairly safe you'd get 1 in most of you games.

The main reason of the toxicity of the game, and the community been soo bad is because of the smurfs, and the impunity of multiple accounts can be!

To fix that the community need a system to link they main account to the others smurfs. People do the bad things in game because they account is protect, if Riot ban a Smurf, "Its ok i can make another and keep trolling and raging through matches"

On the other side, Riot is giving a S*#&% they wanted multiple accounts to show numbers for investors and for more money earned buying RP (Sad but true).
