New Game type Concept

This is an idea of a game type to help people play in new lanes without getting stomped by more experienced players.

Just simple, an Example:

the same Summoners Rift map, but if someone played a lot with a support, or a mid lane, with they respective champions, and respective routes. When search for a match, the game blocks the lanes and champions you most played, and let you just play with champions you don't have played yet (much). Them the other people you gonna play against is in the same situation as you.

Making the match less frustrating and with much less rage, cause all players there is in the same boat and avoiding people to create new smurfs accounts just to try and learn a new route!

I want to know opinions this will be good, will help new players learn more lanes in a more safe environment?
