hey riot, Yorick needs a new skin, like ASAP. he's without a skin for like 6 years, and i remember watching one of those /dev/ videos about how skins are made and you said that when making new skins you take into account which champs haven't had skins in a while, but somehow Yorick hasn't gotten one??? also it's frustrating because it's so easy to come up with a cool idea for a Yorick skin, legit. i think if yorick does get a new skin then it should be a legendary tier at the least. also i had an idea for a unique yorick skin if you really need one, you could do a nephilim yorick where he's half angel, half demon and he summons little demon/angel hybrids, idk man it's really not that hard to come up with a good skin for yorick.

p.s. why is ahri getting star guardian ahri when she already has 7 skins ???

lots of reasons why.

Yorick requires more resources to make a skin (I'd imagine) for because you dont just need to reskin him, you need to reskin him, his mist walkers, and the Maiden.
you need to also have an idea that makes sense for the mist walkers, the maiden, and Yorick himself.
There aren't many Yorick players out there, not saying they don't exist, but they are decently difficult to find, which means that the skin wouldn't sell as well compared to a really popular champion like ahri, so that means riot is putting in, say, equal resources for a skin, but ahri's would sell way more

EDIT: 4. you also need to, in addition to his mist walkers, Maiden, and Yorick, reskin his w and e too. But i do agree, Yorick has gone far too long without a skin, same as viktor, swain (is getting reworked i hear so maybe a new skin then?) and cass
