CHOO CHOO BARD (conductor bard)

as we all know is very under played and has the lowest win rate, I am not very good at him but try to make him fun. My idea for a skin for bard is that he could be a train conductor and have his meeps be train cars, his chimes would be passengers for the train, his ult would be a turntable (or something), his health packs would be coal piles (or something, i don't know, do whatever), his magical journey would be a train tunnel or train tracks (and people would become train cars while riding it). himself would be wearing the striped outfit and wearing the conductor hat. And finally his Q would (of course) be a train car. the sounds he makes for his jokes nad laugh etc. would be the "choo choo" sound everyone loves, this would either be a legendary skin for 1820 or a legacy skin for 1350. (obviously the more expensive skins have more work put into them ex: animations, sounds, and extras.) this is my first post on the forums, if you liked my idea please let me know. Thank you.
