Hangman Karthus Legendary skin

i was thinking karthus could have a legendary skin where he figures as a hangman to be honest im not sure about how all the skills but the ult would be a noose dropping down from the sky and attempting to hang enemy champions. those the ult kills are successfully hanged and the rest live to fight another day the colour palette could fit with the rest of the "western" skins i.e cassiopeia and graves and karthus himself could be in his pre death form ? like prevoid kassadin ?
