The last king or ruler of Icathia before Shurima occupation/rule (many years before they released the Void back into the world).

Forced by a cruel Shuriman emperor to not die, but to wander the lands of his people while being occupied, King Algren has watched in vain as his kingdom was taken from him, and thrown into shame. Finally released after millennia of helpless ethereal solitude, the sorcery that bound him to the spiritual plane no longer binds him, and he walks the lands again, fury in his heart and the reckoning of Shurima in his gaze.

ROLE: Battle Mage/Enchanter

Passive: Kings Lament- Whenever you or an ally falls under 20-36%% health, gain a burst of speed for 2 seconds and become untargetable, and move through units. Moving through an Ally heals them for % of their max health

Q: Charge- Pressing Q grants a "Charge" that enhances your other abilities. May be pressed up to 3 times and enhances your next auto attack, does damage based on how many charges. Max Charge stuns for .75 seconds (Does not go on cooldown until the Charge is used. Like a pump BB Gun) Does Physical damage but scales from AP.

W: Eternal Defiance- Heals (1 Charge, increases heal by 25%, 2 Charges 35%, 3 Charges 45% and damages nearest enemy champion for % of heal) AP Scaling (no higher than 50%)

E: Plane Walk- Become ethereal, gaining a boost of speed while taking extra magic damage (40-24%) but reduced physical (40-24%). Toggle for opposite effect. _Does not scale with Magic Resist or Armor_

R: Fury of 1,000 Kings- Algren slows a target area by 20/30/40% and gain 20/35/50% damage reduction for 6 seconds. Abilities use maxed Charge
