[Champion Concept] Qrow, Holder of the Lighting Hammer
Hello, Before 1 day i made a post, called [Champion Concept Ideas], which actually inspired me, i went for a hammer holding champion, who has lighting abilities, i don't know why but when i imagine him, i think he'll be perfect for the Rift.
Qrow, Holder of the Lighting Hammer! (PS - Quess is Qrows lighting hammer name :P)
Lore : Qrow, a lonely man, strong arms, once found him - Quess, a powerful hammer, poisoned with lighting, filled with magic! After that, Qrow managed to become his true self, his LOST self - Qrow, Holder of the Lighting Hammer!

Abilities, Passive and Utimate
Passive : Lighting Chain
With each auto attack, Qrows hammer gets lighting charges, stacking to 8 times. When fully stacked, the next attack that Qeuss successfully lands, electrifies his opponent. If the electrified opponent gets near to an ally Minion, Champion or Jungle camp, the Lighting Chain will combine to them, dealing damage over the time, they have been close to each other.
[note that if the enemy isn't close to a an enemy minion, champion or neutral monster while he has the debuff on him, the target will only take 50% reduced damage from this passive, but will take full, when they eventually get close to their ally minion, champion or neutral monster, that they have attacked recently]
Damage over time > 10 magic damage per second at / till 6 level, 25 magic damage per second at till / 11 level, 40 magic damage per second at till / 16, 55 magic damage per second after 16 level / till 18 level; (plus 0.5 bonus ability power)

Lighting Chain can chain up to 3 more enemies, dealing damage to them, and dealing damage as well to the target that has been marked with the passive its self.

Ability Q : Hammer Stance: Lighting Wave
Ability Q : Hammer Stance: Lighting Bolt
*Qrow changes his lighting pressure into his hammer, choosing which one to use as his next basic auto attack. *
Stance: Lighting Wave - Qrows next auto attack on a Minion or Champion, will deal bonus magic damage to the enemy, from which after that, will explode a lighting wave, dealing the same kind of damage to nearby enemies in a circle, that the first target has suffered from Qeuss hammer stance.
Stance: Lighting Bolt - Qrows next auto attack to an enemy champion will deal bonus attack damage to the enemy, from which after that, a lighting bolt will strike the enemies behind the initial target in a straight line, taking the same kind of damage the first target has suffered from Qeuss hammer stance.
Cooldown when switching stances > 0.5 seconds, Cooldown after using a Stance on an enemy > 10/10/9/9/8 seconds,
Magic Damage on Stance: Lighting Wave > + 10, 14, 19, 26, 35 bonus magic damage, (plus 1.0 of your bonus ability power)
Physical Damage on Stance: Lighting Bolt > + 5%, 8%, 12%, 17%, 25% of your bonus attack damage,
Duration on the both of the Stances when you chose them > when you or switch them or when you get killed;

Hammer Stance has 0.5 second cooldown when you switch the stances, and 10 to 8 seconds more seconds when you hit a target, which means that if you have you, lets say Stance: Lighting Bolt active and you haven't attacked an enemy, this ability wont go on CD, but instead will stay on its current Stance till you die or you change it to the other one. If you have a full stacked passive and you use, lets say Stance: Lighting Wave the passive will still be proceed its debuff and the damage from the Q will still be done in an AoE or in case, a straight line.

Ability W : Active: Battery
Ability W : Passive: Stacking Volts
Qrow passively gains mana whenever he attacks an enemy Champion, minion or a neutral monster. Additionally, he can active this ability to lose a percentage of the gained mana by the passive, gaining movement speed and a slight bonus of armor and magic resistance, but loses his passive while this ability is on cooldown.
[note that if you haven't gained mana, you'll lose a % of your maximum mana]
Mana gained per auto attack > 5, 8, 10, 12, 15 mana per auto attack, [note that this mana is doubled against enemy champions],
Movement Speed bonus > 5%, 11%, 18%, 26%, 35% movement speed when activated,
Armor and Magic Resistance bonus > 2%, 5%, 9%, 14%, 20% of his current armor and magic resistance,
Cooldown > 10 seconds, 10 seconds, 9 seconds, 8 seconds, 7 seconds
Duration of the movement speed and deffence buff > 5 Seconds at all levels
Percentage used Mana when activated > 10% of gained mana when this ability has not been active or maximum mana, when you haven't gained any; mana at all;

When you use this ability, when it goes on CD, you lose the passive stance, meaning that you have to know when to use it, since you lose a % of the mana you have returned, also this ability cooldown starts when its duration has ended. [note that if you haven't replenished any mana, you'll lose a % of your maximum mana]

Ability E : Dash, Stun, Kill
Qrow selects a target location, taking aim for 0.5 seconds, he dashes a small terrain, then leaping to the targeted location, stunning an enemy champion if he land on one, or slowing enemy minions and or neutral monsters. While dashing, Qrow is immune to all CC abilities, including slow, stun, immobilize, silence and etc. These CC debuffs will take effect after he landed and or stunned an enemy or slowed an enemy minion and or neutral monster.
[note that this abilitie does not deal damage, only stuns / slows the target/s]
Stun Duration > 0.75 seconds, 1 second, 1.25 seconds, 1.75 seconds, 2.25 seconds,
Slow Duration > 1 second, 1 second, 1.25 seconds, 1.75 seconds, 2.50 seconds,
Mana cost > 80, 95, 110, 120, 130 mana cost,
Cooldown > 20, 19, 18, 17, 15 seconds,
Duration of the dash plus the leap to the targeted location > 1 second to dash, and 0.5 seconds to leap and stun / slow etc;

When you use this ability you take 0.5 seconds to take aim at where your hero will dash and where is he gonna leap, also while dashing you're immune to CC abilities and effects, they take effect after you have jumped and stunned / slowed someone, also while dashing or when you jump you don't deal any damage, since this ability contains hard CC, you aren't gonna do damage, simple game strategy make up.

Ultimate Ability R : Striking Spheres of Voltage
Qrow calls the whole lighting upon him, surrounding him with 5 balls of electricity for 15 seconds, that on contact with enemy champion, they explode. On explosion, a lighting constantly strikes for 3 seconds the enemy that caused the ball to explode, dealing true damage over time. If all 5 spheres of electricity explode, Qrow gains a shield temporarily, which protects him only from physical damage.
[note that if 1 enemy already exploded one sphere, they cannot explode another one, meaning in case you want to get the shield, you'll have to go in 1 v 5, and make so your team follows you]
True damage per second > 40 true damage, 60 true damage, 80 true damage per second, (plus 1.0 bonus attack damage and plus 1.5 bonus ability power)
Mana Cost when casted > 100, 110, 120 mana cost,
Cooldown > 150, 120, 90 seconds cooldown,
Shield Duration > 2, 4, 6 seconds, Physical Damage absorption > 100 physical damage, 200 physical damage, 300 physical damage; (plus 2.0 bonus attack damage)

This abilities goes on cooldown starts when the ability has been casted, also the shield protects you only from physical damage, meaning only attacks with physical damage and basic attacks, the true damage is applied every second for 3 seconds, also you gain your shield after all 5 spheres of your ultimate explode.
[note that if 1 enemy already exploded one sphere, they cannot explode another one, meaning in case you want to get the shield, you'll have to go in 1 v 5, and make so your team follows you]

1. Overall Look
Well basically, he is old, muscular, with a V kind of shape mustache, he is tall, somewhere at Tryndameres body shape and tall-ness. His hammer has a large handle, and then its made out of metal and rock, its slightly bigger than Jayces hammer. For his abilities, he will have 4 different moves as an attack, i mean when he first attacks an opponent, he will swing his hammer on left, then on right on his next auto, then he will swing it from bottom to top, and then he will like smash the enemy from top to the ground, like a Nasus Q animation but with hammer, he also has a glove, with which glove he holds the hammer onto its handle.
2. Abilities and Ultimate
So here, his passive, a lighting kind of effect with strike from top and will electrify Qrows hammer, then before he uses his passive, it will have small lightnings coming out from it, when he attacks an enemy with this passive, he will make a 280 degree swing, basically from his back to his front and then back to his back, striking the enemy, marking it with lighting. The mark looks like a Statikk Shyvs mark but permanent, and when it chains up with other enemies, its like a Volibear and Statikk Shyv animation in one. His Q abilitie will be like when he is the Stance: Lighting Wave, he will slam his hammer in his back and while he moves he will be like tryndameres move, the way he hold his sword, it'll be the way Qrows holds his hammer, then when striking he will slam his target, from top to bottom and a lighting ring of lightnings will come out from it for an animation, something like Glacial Malphites E ability, but with more of a lighting effect, his Stance: Lighting Bolt will be like He will weld his hammer onto his shoulder, when he attacks an enemy with his enchanted ability, he will send a Lighting behind the target, something like from Ratchet and Clank; Size matters, those snake enemies, that he fights in Clanks Body! His W will just restore him mana by the normal way, and when he activates it, he will just get a lighting shield kind of animation with movement speed behind it when he starts moving. His E ability will be some kind of Vi Q dash but in a smaller range, then he leaps, kinda like Jayces Q, his ultimate will be like Dianas W but with 2 more spheres, since they are total of 5, and they will be kind of lighting spheres, not slight balls, they'll be with lighting coming from them, and they'll create a slightly see-able circle around Qrow, also when they proc, they'll make a small lighting kind of explosion. Then when they explode, a lighting will come from the top of the champions that got hit by the spheres, and it will strike them 3 times, dealing the damage and so. His shield will be a kind of animation like Face of the Mountain shield animation but with more lighting into it.
