Boxing Champion

Why has the're yet to be a real boxing champion? I am not talking about that bs lee sin skin. It would be awesome to have one, his Q could be like and bonus damage for is basic attacks. His W could be an attack speed buff... or whatever ya'll want it to be. His E could be a bob and weave where he dodges attacks and when you click it again its a parrying strike that will stun the enemy... kinda like Jax. His R could just be an uppercut or a knock back like Goku hit somebody. His name should be something cool and not trying to be racist but it would be cool if he was black. I say black because I have Muhammad Ali in mind, especially with his e cause he did the rope a dope. Hope ya'll agree and like it.
