Seriously, props to whoever made the splash, and the people who made the in game skin, its amazing. I'm buying it on release. (also my new desktop backround.)
I bet the went over to cartoon network, dropped acid with them, came back and made that skin. Honestly it is something ut of a R.L. Stine novel.

This skin is so awful I'm so sorry but it doesn't look too great. Mightve looked cool with a cute champion like gnar. cottontail teemo looks great but ew not fizz.
