So the project site says they're 975RP yet on the game they are 1350RP. Bug or are they not actually going to be discounted?

they're 1350 for this week so that people who buy them now get some bonus stuff

after that, they'll be 975, with the exception of project yi

No, they are being sold for full price the first week (First Strike, 8th-15th) and you get a limited splash border with it.

The second week (17th-24th) they will be on the usual discount (not Yi, he's legendary) but no limited border.

After that they are back to full price with no bonus.
