Dont you think it looks weird to have Veigar stand like that (side picture ref), its not like he is old (at least that is the idea you get from his attitude) or that the glove he carries weights him making him stand this way. Maybe not rework but a skin, it looks like that line of silver spiky skins that ashe, warwick and olaf share.
Cool, definitely, but it misses his goofiness and quirkiness imo.
