Chromas for mastery lvl 7

@meddler people have to work really hard to active mastery lvl 7 on a champion, they have play that champ until they has achieved at least 2 s-'s and 3s's. For achieving this the reward should be more that an emote that lots of people don't even know how to or are bothered to use. I believe it would be a good idea to give a player a chroma or skin on the champion for level 7 mastery or even a loading screen boarder like the project skins have or some kind of icon. I believe this will motivate people to strive for lvl 7 more that they currently do. for example say someone achieved level 7 aatrox they could be awarded a blue chroma for example or some kind of "master" skin. or have this as their summoner icon or just a sparkly boarded for loading. DO you think this could be implemented into the game.
