Can Riot take a champion concepts from players?

Hi this is my first post on the League forums since I've started the game, and the first time I've posted on a forum in general. (lol) Any-who, I've been coming up with some SWEET champion ideas that I think would be amazing addition to the game we all know and love, but I would hate if my ideas have a 0% chance to be made into a champion no matter how much thought I put into them so I wanted to post about it and see if it was a remote possibility that one day a champion I thought up might become a real life League of Legends champion.

Is this something that Riot could do?

Also if anybody knows anything on the matter, feel free to leave a comment.

Even if they do take something from any of your ideas, you will get 0 credit for it, as you relinquish any ownership by posting.

Yes they can and they do not need to give any credit for it, and they don't, this is their website.

The only person who would know if a champion or rework used your ideas is you, they have used my ideas before from my concepts and that is fine by me, I don't need any recognition for doing something fun and giving new ideas to the development team.
