Scarer, The Beastmaker Concept
**I been wanting to create a concept design for awhile and finally made my first fully completed idea. Any concerns, dislikes, or confusion please post away :) This is my first time so any tips are welcomed :) **
_In the woods off the walls of the protected world of Yordles lies a forest, not far off. The forest of the beast they call it, or so the ones who did. You see this forest holds a ancient hunter, one not even the cats can prey. It feeds on the living breathe of all who crosses it's way, and once it picks you there is no getting out, for it has hunger not even
could fight. It plays the game of seeking and preying, giving his victims a option, but at the end of the day, he eats them, as they all greater his chances. _
**Scarer The Beastmaker
Base Health:568 Base Mana: 250 Attack Range: 170 Attack Damage: 70 Attack Speed: 0.750 Base Armor: 30 Base Magic Resist: 22**
Passive: Fear Factor: If The Enemy team looses vision of Scarer they gain Fear. Enemies who are feared will give Scarer the ability to sense them in a wide range even if their in stealth. (790 total range)
Dreadfulness: If Scarer damages a enemy champion they gain Dreadfulness , reducing their damage output on Scarer by 8% for 6 seconds. (20 second cool down)
**Your Mine Now CD 12/11/10/9 MC 100/115/130/180 ** Scarer Marks an enemy unit or champion, gaining 20%/25%/30%/35% movement speed towards them, 15%/20%/26%30% damage output on them, and 5%/10%/15/20% armor penetration towards them for 8 seconds. Each 2.5 seconds that pass with out attacking the marked target will drain 4%/6%/8%/11% of Scarer max health and reduce his vision by 35% when within 485 range of his target.
**Killing Taste CD 14/13/12/10 MC 80/120/140/200 **Passive: Scarer gains .50% life steal for every unit he kills. Active: Scarer instantly gets 15%/20%/25%/30% bonus AD and 10%/18%/27%/35% move speed for 4/4.5/5/5.5 seconds, he gets the option to pounce at a target( 475 range) , removing the buff if used.
Hunter's Domain: CD 18/16/14/12 MC 100/150/200/250
Passive: Scarer gains a bonus of 4% attack damage for every enemy champion he kills. ( no assist) Active: Scarer reduces enemy champions vision by 15%/20%/25/30% in a radius around him (1000) for 1.2/1.8/2/2.3 seconds, making them take 5/8/10/12% increased damaged to all damage sources.
**Hide and Seek (attainable at level 1) Upgrades at level 16.
Passive: Scarer gives each enemy champion the choice between hiding and seeking. ** Enemies Hiding take 15% extra damage from Scarer. 25% at level 16.
Enemies Seeking Gives Scarer an Extra 28% move speed within a 800 radius of them if he has true vision or fear factor. Move Speed stacks if more than one target seeking is near Scarer. 28%/48%/58%/68%/78%.
Active: Scarer's Games are over, the beast patience wears thin, the passive on this ability stops for 20 seconds. In return Hunter's domain activates for the full duration and Killing Taste goes on a 2.5 second cool down. As a bonus effect Hunter's domain not only reduces vision and increases damage output on enemy champions, but now makes their screen go red as a bonus effect. CD 130/118/90 MC 150/250/350
Once a enemy champion dies to Scarer or Kills Scarer, they can repick their side. But has 15 seconds to choose.
~ Enemy champions have 2 minutes to pick a side once Scarer gets her ultimate. The game will choose one randomly if a enemy champion hasn't picked a side by the end of the timer. ~ Once a enemy champion picks a side Scarer will be able to see everyone's side on top of her item slot.
