Champ Concept: Anastasia: The Handler of Silver

Anastasia is an AP Mage with high mobility and good burst. Her kit is very complex and hard to master and allows for CC to prevent ganks and to turn around fights to benefit her and her team.
The weapon she uses is called a Kaltblade, which is a straight staff with one side sharpened like a sword, and at the end of it is a magic, jagged Silvershard which is where her weapon's magic resonates.
Instead of using mana, she uses a special unit called "Silvershards". The following actions tell how many shards are received by doing a said action:
Killing a minion or monster - 10 Shards Killing an enemy champion - 100 Shards Destroying an enemy tower or inhibitor - 30 Shards Killing an Epic Monster - 50 Shards
Anastasia's Shard Bar can stack up to 500-925 shards (based on level). Abilities cannot be cast without shard deposit. There is a SPECIAL ITEM called "Silver Bond" that can be built by an ally that allows the ally to permanently be able help her get shards by doing the same actions.
If an ally buys the Silver Bond in the shop, then they are allowed to collect shards by doing the same things Anastasia to collect them. If Anastasia and the ally with the Silver Bond both get one kill, then Anastasia gets 200 shards instead of 100. It does not matter where the ally and Anasatsia are, the shards still are transferred from the ally to Anastasia.
Only one ally can buy the item and cannot be bought if there is no Anastasia on a team. Anastasia cannot buy the item for herself, either.
Now on to these abilities that are the entire reason these shards matter (needed to cast abilities).
PASSIVE: Silvershard Pickups* - Anastasia uses Silvershards to cast abilities. If she has no shards, all abilities are not allowed to be cast until the amount of collected. Shards are collected by doing the following:
Killing a minion or monster - 10 Shards
Killing an enemy champion - 100 Shards
Destroying an enemy tower or inhibitor - 30 Shards
Killing an Epic Monster - 50 Shards
Q ABILITY: Delicate Slice - Anastasia dashes a short distance and swings her staff in a cone shape in front of her, dealing damage and slowing enemies.
DAMAGE: 80/130/180/230/280 (+50% AP) SLOW: 20/25/30/35/40% for 2 seconds. COST: 35 Shards at all levels. COOLDOWN: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds.
Force of the Prism - BONUS DAMAGE: 40/80/120 (30% AP) COST: None COOLDOWN: 8/7/6/5/4 seconds.
W ABILITY: Shatterblast- Anastasia throws her staff within a long range to a target location. After 3 seconds of landing or reactivating the ability, the swords explodes, dealing damage and slowing enemies.
If a target has been hit by Delicate Slice within the last 8 seconds, the slow becomes a stun. (Slows from Delicate Slice and Shatterblast do not stack. Instead, the target is stunned. If Force of the Prism is used on Shatterblast, then the bonus slow is added to the initial slow of the regular ability.
DAMAGE: 70/90/110/130/150 (+65% AP) SLOW: 20/25/30/35/40% for 2 seconds STUN DURATION: 1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8/2 seconds. COST: 70 Shards at all ranks. COOLDOWN: 18/17.5/15/13.5/11 seconds.
Force of the Prism - BONUS DAMAGE: 50/100/150 (+15% AP) BONUS SLOW: 5/10/15% for 1 extra second. COST: None COOLDOWN: 16/14/12/10/8
E ABILITY: Infinity Guard - PASSIVE: Anastasia gains 3/4/5/6/7 armor and magic resist for each nearby enemy champion.
ACTIVE: Anastasia casts a shield on an allied champion equal to 3/3.5/4/4.5/5% of her max HP plus 40/45/50/55/60% percent of her AP.
COST: 40/55/70/85/100 Shards. COOLDOWN: 32/29/26/23/20 seconds.
Force of the Prism - EXTRA SHIELD HP: 100/150/200 HP. COST: None. COOLDOWN: 20/18/16/14/12 seconds.
ULTIMATE ABILITY: Force of the Prism - Anastasia empowers her next ability with bonus effects for no cost. The ULT will hit its cooldown when the effect of the empowered ability's effect ends.
COST: None ULT COOLDOWN: 130/115/100 seconds.

Okay, okay. I know. TRUST ME, I do. This is a bit confusing, but if you take time to read through this concept, Anastasia could be really OP. Now, if anyone has any questions or concerns AT ALL about what she does, her play style, help understanding what exactly an ability does, please please PLEASE don't hesitate to ask. I'd be more than happy to resolve any misunderstandings.
I really hope y'all like this idea. It's a lot more complex then most champs and her abilities have many, many features. But it can work to make some badass combos. PLEASE make sure to read the top paragraphs before tou read the abilities or some stuff in the abilities won't make any sense at all.
