Furturistic Gnar

I have this skin idea that could be classed as an ultimate and its for Gnar where he has an translator and the skin is futuristic Gnar and it comes with chromas, On his arms and legs he could have these metal bands that glow and the light could shine on walls and the floor even champs if you jump off them and you can change to these different chromas in game by clicking on a button for how marks work lights on the bands will change color you can change the settings for this as well like the speed for the colors to change or to turn it off, accent for his voice changes and the color of the clothing, could also have a hood/helmet that you can take on and off as for the boomerang he could use his suit to crate one and the boomerang is like electricity that he controls when he goes idle an animation could be him doing like an air bender type thing with his boomerang and making it an ball or something the clothing could have metal and leather with the color black and orange lines that also could have light he would have on power gloves which allowed him use this electricity for the boomerang and there would be a marking which could be a dot in the middle a circle around the dot then a spiral round it all and the light for that would be blue His fur color could be black and red the boomerang color could be an orange/red mix When he hits something with his W the first hit could be his boomerang electricity around them it could mitt sound as its around them but the sound is fade 2nd hit the ring gets bigger more electricity effects come in and the sound is louder on the 3rd hit the ring is now at its max size the sound is louder and sparks fly out from the ring and when you do the hit for the burst damage it could make an zapping sound to make it sound powerful When Gnar Mega's his bolder could be this black/blue orb and as hes throwing it and its in the air electricity could be around it and when it land it could make this flash that could light up the spot that it landed and the electricity slowly fades away the longer its left on the ground and could also act like an timer for when it would despawn The hood/helmet on mega gnar could also be taken off or put on as well and he would still have the metal bands with the lights His mini gnar recall could be him taking his boomerang turning it into a ball as he spins doing a 360 jumps does a flip and shooting his ball into the ground creating a portal back to spawn and for extra detail if your quick enough to look at spawn before he jumps in you could actually see the other portal open up and he could then jump out of it landing back at spawn with a final animation of him making a new boomerang as for his mega recall he could spin in a 360 with kinda like the SSG he then smacks the ground with his right paw opening a portal not his size then one with his left paw still the same size he then gets angry and rawrs slams both paws down at the ground making his size portal he jumps in but is half stuck he reaches back at the portal and rips it open more just so he can fully fit in once hes back at spawn he then closes the portal like a zip hoping he doesn't have to get annoyed with portal making again both Mini Gnar and mega Gnar's fourheads will have a G for Gnar which would also light up and change colors but the G wouldn't be a normal looking G it would be fancy And finally the chroma colors there would be up to 6 colors Blue,Blood Red,Green,White,Pink or Purple,Yellow each chroma would have different accents Base Skin accent would be Aussie Blue accent could be British Green accent could be Irish White could be like an Gentleman to also reference Gentleman Gnar Pink/Purple Insted of an accent how about a more female sounding Gnar which also would be the translator messing that up (couldn't think of an accent for pink/purple thats why) Blood Red accent could be Scottish Yellow could be an robotic voice, The metal parts on the suit are for so when he mega's it helps him not rip the suit when he gets bigger
