Champ idea: Necromancer
Welp, having played Yorick and enjoyed it... I don't know there's something missing imo and with the release of Xul in Heroes of the Storm a necromancer type hero... I figured why don't league have one? So I thought about it and came up with this.
The Necromancer would be a bruiser type mage similar to Swain or Heimerdinger where you can build defensive and still do decent damage. I just thought of the idea that similar to Xul in Heroes if left alone the Necromancer would build up an army of undead minions and commanding them. But yeah let me know what you think, haven't fully thought it through properly not played for long so numbers may be adjusted as see fit. Just figured I'd throw it out there. :)
Passive (Raise undead): Hostile minions you kill has a 25% chance to raise from the dead and fight with allied minions. You will passively spawn an undead soldier that follows you every 5s (Max Lvl 1: 1, Lvl5: 2, Lvl 10: 3, Lvl 15: 4) These passive undead inherit 60% of your AP as AD and 30% of your HP. Their attacks will also trigger spellvamp
Q: Command Undead (12/10/8/6s CD): You command any allied undead or raised minion to attack your target, giving them a 2/6/10/14% damage bonus for the next 5 seconds
W: Summon Coffin (15s cd): You summon a coffin to entrap your opponent for 1/1.5/2/2.5 seconds dealing damage and healing you for any damage cause to the coffin during the duration. May be cast on self to heal 6/8/10/12% of your maximum health over the duration
E: Curse of Undeath (12s cd): You curse the target for 2/3/4/5 seconds dealing 5% of their total health as damage and causing any heal on the target to damage them for the amount healed. The curse spreads to any hostile in the vicinity for the full duration (Can only affect a single target once per cast) Minions killed during the duration will always reanimate.
Ultimate: Summon Lich(190/160/130/100s cd): You summon a powerful lich to follow your bidding for 10/12/14/16s, the lich possess the same abilities you do and will cast them as it sees fit, the Lich will spawn with your maximum allowed number of passive undead. You can use R to focus the lich on a specific target. The Lich inherits 80% of your AP and 50% of your HP
How to lane/trade with: Focus on keeping your own minions alive, specially those the undead soldiers that passively every 5s as they're the strongest ones you'll have. Minions that reanimate function exactly like normal minions with same stats, when CSing try to kill as many minions as possibly using Curse of Undeath to strengthen your own minion wave. When trading you'll want to use Summon Coffin to trap your target before using Command Undead followed by Curse of Undeath to negate some of the healing cause by a potion.
In teamfights you'll want to start off with Summon Coffin on maybe a high priority target before using Summon Lich focused on your trapped opponent followed by Command Undead and Curse of Undeath. Once your lich is dead or your own undead soldiers are gone you'll want to fall back and wait for more undead soldiers to spawn for you.
How to fight against the Necromancer: Make sure to focus down the passive undead soldiers the necromancer spawn as they're his primary source of damage. Due to the function of the necromancers passive you should focus on CS'ing as you'll early on gain a siginificant gold lead in comparison. But make sure to never leave the Necromancer alone in a lane or you'll quickly find yourself overwhelmed by undead minions and the Necromancers own undead soldiers as they will all heed his Command Undead
