Oge- The Living Fear
**Passive - Living Fear: ** Every spell that connects with a enemy champion applies a stack of "Living Fear". Upon landing 4 stacks the enemy becomes feared for 1/1.5/2 seconds then becomes invulnerable from "living Fear" for 6/5/4 seconds. If another form off Crowd Control were to be triggered at the same time as the 4th stack of "Living Fear" then the other CC would take priority and "Living Fear" would trigger when the other CC is complete.
Q - Rising: Oge spawns a zombie minion at target location that protects the area for 5/5.5/6/6.5/7 seconds. If an enemy champion were to enter the area, the zombie attacks the champion for the remainder of the time. For each attack the zombie lands, it applies a stack of "Living Fear". If an ally were to enter the area (prioritizes the lowest heath champion) grants one ally a shield equal to the time left until the spell times out (50 hp shield per .5 seconds).
W - Corrupted Gate: Oge creates a gate at target location for 3/3.5/4/4.5/5 seconds that allows allies and enemies to pass through. Also creates a pool surrounding the gate that applies stacks of "Living Fear" every second that an enemy is in it.
Upon an enemy passing through the gate the first time: Target is snared for 1 second.
Upon enemy passing through the gate after the first: target is slowed for 25%.
Upon ally passing through the gate: Grants 40% movement speed increase that decays over 2 seconds.
E - Lasting Torment: Apply an aura effect to target champion. If cast on an enemy: Amplify the effect of Crowd Control effect by 20%/25%/30%/35%/40% for 3 seconds. If cast on an ally champion: Reduces the effects of Crowd Control effects by 15%/20%/25%/30%35% for 3 seconds.
R - Repulsive Explosion: Oge becomes invisible in the location at which he casts the spell, creating a clone of himself which he can control. Upon reactivation the clone explodes dealing 20%/30%/40% of total maximum health as magic damage and fearing all enemies hit by the explosion.
Oge is a Mid lane caster that specializes in the disruption of fights and the seclusion of his targets. Scaling harder into the late game, Oge dominated in team fight in the jungle. Using Corrupted gate while in close quarters allows for not only the snare but also for the stacks of "living Fear". For the enemies front lines, using Lasting torment allows you to keep you carries safe. while in lane, use Rising to zone out you opponents and coax them into a gank from the jungler is going to be a fail safe for laning. Oge is a support Mid laner who trades his damage for the ability to control the tide of battle.
