Hi there!

Although Sweetheart Annie Valentine's Day themed, she's not part of the Heartseeker line. (She's way more cute than she is sexy, which is why we opted for 'Sweetheart' as opposed to 'Heartseeker'!)

To your point of Frostfire Annie, she's actually a 975 RP skin! We've created this page, which outlines the kinds of things you can expect for each price tier when it comes to skins.

Over the past few months, you may have seen that there's been a bit more diversity in skin prices - more legendary, more 1350 RP skins, and more 750 RP skins. We try to come out with skins that fall into various price tiers so more people have an opportunity to grab a skin they enjoy, since not everyone can afford (or want to buy) some of the higher priced skins.

Unfortunately, for this skin, she won't be receiving new particles, and will be using base particles.

If she can't have pink fire because the skin is called "sweet heart" instead of "heart seeker" just change the damn name to "heart seeker" then , who the hell cares. Why does heart seeker get new particles while sweet heart doesn't?.

Did you read the explanation you posted? Like...at all?

It explicitly states that SweetHeart Annie will not receive custom particles because of the price tier of the skin. It also states that SweetHeart Annie is being placed in a lower price tier as part of their initiative to release more inexpensive skins to promote purchasing.

It has nothing to do with whether it's called HeartSeeker or not. They also stated that HeartSeeker is an inappropriate name since Annie is 5 and the HeartSeekers are intended to be sexual icons.
