The problem with this champion design is that you focused on just that: The design. There are no numbers to give players any kind of idea of just how powerful these skills would be. The skill descriptions are somewhat lacking, and there are a few typos that I had noticed while reading it over. If you want Riot to take the submission seriously, I would recommend making the abilities more descriptive and coming up with actual numbers.
