Champions like Zac and Zed arent getting any skins while champions like Ahri and Sona are getting skins left and right, why not give a skin to someone who has no skins? the fact the Braum and Vel koz already have more skins than Zac and they came out quite a time after him is kinda pathetic

Simple answer in my opinion is that it depends on the things that need to be worked on for said champion its alot easier to make a new skin for someone like braum and velkoz because they have allot less stuff to work with for example on velkoz all you need to do effects wise is change how the skills look ,however on someone like zac and zyra who have many different parts to them like they're plants the blobs there change in shape there different ways to use their skills takes allot more than just a simple skill because there are allot more objects that you have to adjust individually
