RIOT, Customizable Banner Idea?

So I think it would be an awesome idea to be able to customize our own banners. Releasing about 20 a so at first and adding along with an update here and there like pretty much everything else is in the game. The already look pretty cool, but what if we could change the color, something we get for free. Then can buy or buy with BE or RP some customizable banners that have champs and cool artsy things. Which for me I mostly do SOLO Q so it would be a personal satisfaction but also when people play with a team they can kind of show em off.
