New Dragon Idea : Liana Drake

I heard that Riot was looking for a new drake, so i propose an idea. The liana drake gives us a CC duration buff when we kill him. I don't know how big the buff could be, but i think that it could be one of the drakes we must secure. About the name, I took liana, because I thought about Zyra or Maokai : they use plants to CC ennemies. Good luck in the fields of justice!
