Champion concept Chrome, the hired gun

I'm not much a poster, this is my first real work.

Chromes passive is called "Mercenaries trophy" each time you kill a champion with chromes sword or gun, you gain a trophy, this trophy allows you to modify Chrome's gun or blade. Chromes Q is called switchblade, chromes pistol can change between blade form and gun mode, gun mode has increased attack speed reduced damage but gives him range, sword form decreases attack speed slightly increases damage of your auto attack, and causes a 2 second bleed damage on strike, the damage stacks 3 times. Chromes W Gunform: chrome shoots a high damage skill shot, which can hit multiple targets in a line, if it hit two or more targets, they will be stunned for 1.5 seconds Swordform: chrome sweeps in a cone dealing high damage and applying on hit effects such as shiv, tiamat or crits.

Chrome's E is called Fleet footed/serrated edge. Passively chrome gains increased movement speed, when activated chrome gains armor penetration but loses his mobility buff. Chrome's Ultimate is called "spoils of death" Upon killing a target, chrome steals, his targets ability(whichever ability that hits him last in a fight) he can use it once after activating, then must find a new abillity for hi s ultimate to take as a trophy. Edit: chrome can only upgrade one of his weapons, not both. You must kill marked targets, all targets are selected randomly, however if you are killed, the target becomes the champion who killed you. The upgrades can be selected after attaining 5 trophies(5 kills essentially) swell as costing trophies they cost a decent amount of gold. You can upgrade your guns range, armor penetration, or increase its attack speed even further. For his sword you can increase its armor penetration, the damage for its bleed, or increase the damage of your W in blade form.

Ultimate update: when you steal your targets ultimate, it deals however much damage it dealt to you before you killed the champion.
