An idea for a character concept / skill set up (all are mutable)

My thought is an anti-support / tank. Naultur, Spirit of Decay. An incarnation of the God of death sent to cleanse the battlefields of those that refuse to die and abide by the natural cycle, this will make many of the leagues characters less than pleased to have him for company :P. If this gets enough attention I have an artist friend I can ask for some visuals :)

Visual concept is an opaque (spirit or vaporous) liquefying zombie . Instead of a basic attack it might have an Aura of decay, and instead of abilities I was thinking it would have effects it would add to the aura, or they could be separate auras so that the ranges can be set separately. naturally if his basic attack is AoE it will have to be a set amount of damage / level and or have it scale based on how many targets are within range... this would be the hard part of my idea to figure.
one of the aura boosts could be a decrease movement (crippling decay) an ability duration/strength reducing aura (debilitating decay) since it is a spirit of decay I was thinking an anti-healing / anti-shielding aura (damning aura) perhaps it should get a boost from things that die in it's vicinity (since it is unlikely to get killing blows). I'm sure the idea will need work, but I've been having fun thinking on this concept :) ideas, thoughts, support... ? [zombie-nunu-hearts]

So basically he's like a Debuffing Sona with Jinx rockets as an AA?
