Harambe the Champion

Why is there no Harambe Champion? I will give you guys some ideas to start development on this amazing champion. First off his ult would be similar to skarner where he grabs someone and drags them but it also turns the enemy champion into a small child. His backing animation would be him running in circles with a kid. His taunts will be 1) DICKS OUT FOR HARAMBE and 2) MOMMA LOVES YOU. He will also take very increased damage from any champion with a gun to represent his real life. His dance will be a little patty cake with the child and his name would be, "Harambe-The Justice Server". Thank you for reading this amazing suggestion and please tell me when you guys will start making him because it would be idiotic not to! :)
