"Why are we not funding this!?" (Skin Ideas Based off of Iconic Characters)

A few ideas for skins based off of iconic characters from movies, tv shows, comics, video games, etc.

Obviously many of these are protected under copyright laws but I'm sure parodies or variations could be created.

Ziggs - Bomberman (from the Video Game Bomberman) Kassadin - Zurg (from the Movie Toy Story) Singed - Heisenburg (from the TV Show Breaking Bad) Tristana - Smurf (from the TV Show Smurfs) Blitzcrank - Iron Giant (from the Movie The Iron Giant) Vel'Koz - Eye of Sauron (from the Movie Lord of the Rings)

If any of these skins are already available feel free to ignore them.

I'll add more as I think of them, feel free to add your own ideas! (try to follow the format as well Champ/Skin/Source keeps it simple, thanks!)
