Doom Bot Movement Speed in their Jungle

What's with the movement speed for the bots in their jungle? I warded there and I saw them sprinting at 100 mph. lol I was laughing so hard. Don't believe me, do it for yourself. Let me know your reactions below.

Well they are supposed to get to their lanes fast so it was either that or them teleporting to their tower each time.
