I have a suggestion that wont affect game play at all!

Alright so my suggestion has to do with the leaver buster 20 minute queue hold, i get it and it makes complete sense. But, the other night when i decided to play a game my internet ended up crashing and my team lost before i could get back in which ended up giving me the 20 minute leaverbuster ban. SO HERE IS WHERE MY SUGGESTION COMES IN. I was wondering if you could make it so while we are waiting on the leaver buster timer if you can allow us to have access to our runes and mastery pages while the timer is still running in the background. Since we have to wait 20 minutes i do not see why it would be an issue to allow us to access our shop/pages while we are waiting, i mean unless you were trying to put us in time out.

Or at least start a dodge queue block for 20 min type thing so we can go and play tf2 while we w8 and not have to constantly alt tab. It starts when you click the button then it blocks the queue simular to a dodge queue. Then we have 10 minutes to use it or it resets. It still does this for 5 games.
