Champion reworks
Riot, I'm just wondering, why do you guys create champions you're going to rework later? An example is 
. Or Warwick.

It's not that they make the champs specifically to be reworked later, it's that when the game was young the design principles were different than today and outdated kits like WW suck for everyone involved. No choice and boring gameplay on the part of WW and the enemy hates you for playing such Bs as WW with his point and click suppression that can 100-0 by itself.
Those champions were released years ago. Different items, different champions, different meta, different jungle, different everything. Some needed to be drastically changed for the meta they are in now.
China had issues with Sion being a "skeleton" or having the "skull" -like figure...
Sion rework is good, but i am still waiting for 
Warwick rework.
