Skin Concept: Plasma Vladimir

I don't play Vladimir myself. Nor do I think that he is in dire need of more skins. But I think that this idea is golden, so I'm sharing it anyway.

The basic idea is this: the liquid that contains the blood cells in blood is called PLASMA, and PLASMA is a state of matter that is present in flames and is a great conductor of electricity. Thus, an electric-based or fire-based skin would fit Vladimir very well.

Here is my idea for the electric skin, very basic:

Passive: No effects. AA: Small spark of electricity, similar to Ryze . Q: Electric Bolts shoot from the target and energize Vladimir . W: The pool could be a puddle of water with electricity shooting through it, or just a pool of pure energy. E: He shoots out small sparks, that chain lightning from him to the target when they hit. R: Another pool of energy, giving the victims an electric aura, and when it expires, bolts of lightning strike from the sky, like Olaf 's E.

Also, for his character model, instead of holding a hovering ball of blood, he could be holding a plasma globe! I would get a kick out of that one.

A fire based model could work too, so here is a draft of that:

Passive: No change. AA: Small fireballs. Q: The target bursts into flame briefly, and that flame converges on Vladimir . W: A pool of flame, perhaps leaving harmless scorch marks of the terrain for a while. E: He throws flame streaks, similar to when Brand E's an ablaze target. R: A quick fire, like a fuse burning up, expanding from the center to the edge. All of the victims are visually summoner 14ed, before mini-explosions hit them.

Hope you all enjoy these ideas.

Cheers.

Two vampires walk into a bar. One says "I'll have a pint of blood" the other says "I'll have a pint of plasma" the bar tender says "so that'll be 1 blood and a blood-lite?"
