Shamankey, the Ascended Vastaya((champion idea))
Hey guys! I've noticed some of my teammates talking about boosted animals during my games, but none of the vastaya really have boosts or super modes, so I had an idea for a champion based on a super powerful vastaya. Their name is Shamankey, and let's jump right in to their looks! Shamankey is a vastaya similar to a lemur, with long springy legs and a furry tail. Their face is more human than lemur, but they still have a large and powerful nose; their hair is long and shaggy(think 80's hair metal it's that style), and is a darker color than the rest of their fur. Their feet and hands look mostly human too, but are very hairy. Shamankey wears a one-shoulder sash tunic thing that's a mossy green color, with a bark-y brown chest wrap under it; their pants are a kinda brown cream color, and poofy. They wear dark leather forearm bracers, and boots and a belt made from the same leather.
SHAMANKEY'S STORY Shamankey lived as an outsider on Mount Targon, avoiding the civilized folk and with a harsh life on the slopes. They always searched for good, and to understand why they were treated bad even though they were smart and helpful. After a journey far and wide to find wisdoms, they returned to the mountain empty-handed, and decided to try scaling it. They bounded up the rocky slope tirelessly, until they reached the top. They saw how little things looked from up high, and shed a single tear as the view made their heart hurt. But then they sensed a presence beside them, one of knowledge and comfort. It appeared dark and shadowy, but Shamankey wasn't afraid, so they asked the presence where they could become wiser. "IN ME." the presence said, and Shamankey dove headfirst into it. The sensations were bizarre, and Shamankey felt herself become larger and insubstantial, but even closer to the world. After what felt like ages, Shamankey came to and understood what she had become: the vessel for Targon's Aspect of Death. Shamankey now travels Runeterra, sharing wisdom and comfort, ending things that need to be ended.
SHAMANKEY'S STATS Shamankey's station gives her some great base health and good HP per level and HP regen. Her mana regen is also good. Her other base stats aren't that great. Shamankey's attack range is 125(she fights with martial arts), and she also get a small flat bonus to Tenacity.
SHAMANKEY'S KIT Passive: Aspect of Death. When Shamankey gets a takedown, she gains a percentage of the target's highest bonus stat(highest 2 at level 7, highest 3 at level 13). If Shamankey lives until the target respawns(or the last target), the stat gain becomes permanent. There's a cooldown of a few minutes per champion, and a cap on how much bonus stats she can gain. When a cap is reached, Shamankey then gains a small bonus percent of missing health damage on her abilities.
Q: Tranquility Orb Shamankey throws a translucent orb of energy in the target direction and length; the orb curves a little bit towards the cursor after casting. The orb stops after colliding with a champion or enemy projectile. When it collides with an ally, it shields them for a few seconds, the shield decaying over time(scales with AP); when it collides with an enemy champion, it Disarms them for a second and deals some magic damage based on a percent of their current health(scales with AP); when it collides with an enemy projectile, it negates it. The range is fairly long(not Vision of Empire long) and the orb is narrower than Shamankey; the cooldown is also on the long side, but reduced if it connects with a projectile or champ and an opposing champ to that is nearby.
W: Shocking Death Blow Shamankey gears up to strike, her next basic attack dealing bonus physical damage(scales with bonus AD) that increases based on the target's missing health. If the attack kills a champion the cooldown refreshes and the ability gains a charge for a few seconds, dealing a bit of bonus magic damage(with a low % AP scaling) to enemies nearby for each charge; at max charges, the ability will deal true damage to the primary target. The mana cost is somewhat high.
E: Inquisition Shamankey projects a blast in the target direction, dealing low magic damage(scales with AP) to the first enemy champion struck and immobilizing them for a second. Shamankey can reactivate to rip the target's dark secrets out of them a short distance in the target direction; the secrets ghost deals several ticks of magic damage(scales with AP) to other nearby enemy champions for the rest of the immobilization. If the blast kills the target, their ghost haunts their teammates for a few seconds, running towards them, nearsighting them and dealing the same damage; the ghost can be attacked(by enemy champs) and killed in either case. The blast range is medium.
R: Awakening Passively allows Shamankey to blink to a nearby champ's corpse by clicking on them; the effect has a moderate cooldown(affected by cooldown reduction). Shamankey can activate to gain true vision around near her, and cause enemy units that remain near her to be terrified briefly(can't occur on the same target for a few seconds; while in this state, Shamankey's attack speed cap is removed and she can go over the bonus stat cap from her passive, and she deals extra physical damage(scales with AP and AD) to targets she's terrified, immobilized or disarmed. The state lasts for several seconds(increasing with ability rank) and the cooldown is fairly long.
HER QUOTES Shamankey has a soft and heavy voice, like an extra thick comforter.

ALLIES/FRIENDS/RIVALS/ENEMIES Allies: Kindred. Though they never meet, there is a sort of unspoken agreement between the three about how they do things and the boundary between their areas of influence.
Friends: Zoe. Shamankey finds Zoe fascinating and fun, and often travels with her.
