A couple skin ideas

Skin Idea 1: Spatula Singed (AKA Fry Cook Singed) Play this with Pizza Delivery Sivir for maximum skinergy

Notable Differences:

1. Singed now carries a giant spatula, which he uses to flip burgers champions
2. Adhesive field is now a grill. Landing flips onto it produces a wonderful sizzling noise
3. Poison trail is... fry grease?

Skin Idea 2: Riot Lissandra or Officer Lissandra This is entirely based off of the line "FREEZE!"

Notable Differences:

1. When Lissandra ults an enemy champion, she shouts "FREEZE!" and is accompanied by sirens
2. Ulted champions are wrapped in yellow police tape
3. Decked out in awesome riot gear?

Skin Idea 3: Pizza Man Pantheon Gotta max out that team skinergy

Differences:

1. Chef's hat
2. Rolling Pin spear
3. Dialogue about achieving his dream of becoming a baker
4. Using E can activate dialogue about kneading dough
