New skin idea -> Atlantic Ekko

Ekko could have a sea themed skin since the W (could be a bubble) the Q could be a seashell with some sort of time mechanisn and when it its target the shell opens up and a pearl shines , when it comes back it closes fast (sweet animation) . The R could be a liquid kinda shadow thing flowing behind me like water type material. The outfift based around sea atlantic assassin ( a white/dark blue attire) up to your imagination , i can't draw nice yet sorry. appreciates ! GGWP like always
