I wanted to share these concepts with the board (even if they may already been discussed; I didn't do any research on the board). : it may be a 1820 (new quotes and animations), she is basically Avarosa in this skin, betrayed her tribe for power, allied with her sister and the frozen watcher. Appearance in-game: pale blue skin, wears a dark outfit similar to Lissandra but more suitable to an archer and shoots dark ice arrows. : this one is based on taunt "Kneel before me and I will unleash your power!", so we have a full power (?) Sejuani which uses hers new abilities (probably related with dark-true ice). Price: 1350? It's kinda hard to make fitting skin for Sejuani because of her boar...

Ashe sounds like Sylvanas. Who she's already based on. Meta.

Nope, but I think it's a kind of irony. Warcraft 3 is where the DOTA mod was born, using in game models as the champs. The Sylvanas model was their prototype archer. When Blizzard tried to contest the DOTA mod as theirs because it used their assets, the mod developers pulled out and developed League, making their own champs based on the models from Warcraft 3/DOTA. Thus, Ashe is based on Sylvanas, and there's irony in a skin that would make her look like her, and I think it's neat :)
