Champion concept : Rolando, demacia's tailor

Hey fellow summoners, let me introduce you you're next favorite support champion. As for the lore itself I didn't come with something strong for the moment but I'd go this way ; first of all, he is demacia's official tailor, would be taric brother/cousin and they'd be in a sane " competitive " relation beauty-wise.

Didn't come up with stats neither. But I'd see his auto-attack range mostly the same as thresh's so 450 I think.

Let's jump to the heat with his spells.

Passive : Because he's a talented and magical tailor, Rolando would benefit a discount on shop's items based on cloth armor and null-magic mantle since he's a tailor and can craft them himself with required materials. Also, his "mana" pool wouldn't be mana but strings ; he'd have a limited amount of string that doesn't regenerate over time, so he'd need to back a lot more in early game, where his discount passive comes by to help him maintain a good lane approach.

Q active : The way I see his Q active goes like this ; a skillshot that uses his sewing needle ( somewhat big "magical" needle ) to impale an enemy champion making a string "link" between himself and the champion, if the skillshot connects he can re-cast it on a enemy minion/champion/nearby wall to apply a tension in the string, rooting the two targets hit. ((( maybe the string tension between, now, 3 targets ( Rolando, first impale, second impale ) could act as a "wall" so a line, depending on the setup, where it's impossible to go through ))) Q passive : I don't know if it's a good idea for his Q passive, but it can be that after a x number of auto-attacks, let's say the classic three, it creates a strong enough string link between his target and himself so it forms the "string wall" I talked about earlier. Now doesn't seems useful but it'll create a synergy with his e alter on.

W : His W would be a channeled shield on his ally target, so Rolando would cast his W instantly, but the channeling would be on the target itself with the shield building over a short period of time. Shield progressively adding up, Rolando could interupt the channeling shield on his target to redirect his needle with his Q, over to an enemy champion, gaining some range if his ally his closer to the enemy than him. Making a "string link" now between the ally champion and the enemy target hit.

E : His E would be a skillshot dash, that would reset on enemy or ally affected wit his sewing needle. Now I thought of an interaction with his E, if he dashes on a enemy target affected by his needle, the next dash he could grab his needle directly on the target, dash on another one thus creating another link of string between his dashes. Also, if he dashes on a ally affected with his W, while redirecting his Q on a enemy, it would make his dash way longer ( like azir interaction with his Q+E )

R : For his ultimate ability, I struggled to find something good, so in conclusion I came with a R that is somewhat short cooldown , but not as much as karma's for exemple. So it would enchance his string's coil, first of all refreshing his string pool ( mana ) and adding extra range to his auto attacks, making them apply his Q passive stack in one auto instead of three. So he could creates more links in more target while in his ult.

Lastly, for his physical appearance, He could have long green or red hair, A long coat with fur on his neck part, soft pants with funky looks or design, he sure must be "fashion" since he's a tailor. and he'd have his string's coil attached to his back a little bit like Ryze's different artefacts he always has with him.
