i think the environment teemo is trudging through should be some kind of hint as to whom it may be. trundle is a freljord champ and doesn't live in a swamp like most trolls. so i dont think it's him, however, it could be a swamp monster skin for him . I personally don't see the wings ppl talk about, it looks more like shadow of the lenses, but who knows. my guess is that its a new champ
