P - Devialed Every 10 secs out of combat, Gibbly snickers and pours a vial of green, gurgling (bubbling liquid animation) poison onto his dagger “Betsy”. This poison adds 1.5x magic damage. The effect decays after 3 seconds in combat. Every 20 secs out of combat, Gibbly cackles and pours a vial of red, fire-crackling (shooting fire embers animation) poison onto his dagger “Betsy”. This poison adds 2x magic damage. The effect decays after 3 seconds in combat. Every 30 secs out of combat, Gibbly convulses and pours a vial of black, soul-screaming (ghost escaping bottle animation) poison onto his dagger “Betsy”. This poison adds 2.5x magic damage. The effect decays after 3 seconds in combat.

Q – Shatter Damage, effects, and animations change depending on Gibbly’s passive. Gibbly throws a green/red/black flask 3 units away for 20 magic damage (+4 per level) for every 1 second it poisons/burns/vaporizes. Passive damage applies. A flask hitting a target poisons/burns/vaporizes for 2 seconds total. A flask missing its target (hitting the ground) breaks and poisons/burns/vaporizes for 2,3,4,5,6 seconds. Damage is only incurred if walked on. Flasks can also be thrown against the wall (3 units away) and bounce off of the walls for another 3 units away for a total of 6 units. The trajectory changes based on what angle it hits the wall. All ground puddles/fires/pools can be cleaned/extinguished/cleansed by ally or enemy stepping on it. Besides passive damage, poisons slows enemy 10,20,30,40,50%, fire burns enemy 20/30/40/50/60 per second for 2 seconds, and black void possesses enemy stunning them for 0.5 seconds dealing 40/60/90/130/170 damage.

W - Scury Gibbly burrows his way underground for a maximum of 2 seconds; moving X units from his current location. Players will see dirt pile up on the ground where Gibbly plans to surface. These dirt holes remain on the ground for 10/15/20/25/30 seconds. As soon as his head pops out, he can either leap out of the hole, remain in the hole with only his head sticking out, or re-submerge to another nearby dirt hole. The higher his ability; the more dirt holes he can choose from. If he re-submerges (Q), he must wait 1 second before doing so. He can only re-submerge 1/2/3/4/5 times. If he remains in the hole with only his head sticking out (no action), his armor is increased by +15/25/35/45/55. If he leaps out of the hole (mouse), he stuns the enemy for 0.5 seconds and does 55/70/85/100/115.

E - Kerplunk Gibbly drinks a magic potion that shrinks his body into a ridiculously miniaturized version of himself; making it super hard for players to target him. He remains small for 4 seconds. Cooldowns are reduced by 15/20/25/30/35% while shrunken. Health regen is increased by 20% while shrunken. Immediately after shrunken effect wears off, his size and combat damage is increased by 2/2.5/3/3.5/4x his normal state for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds.

R – Shredder Gibbly leaps onto the back of an opponent from 6 units away. Once successfully mounted, he repeatedly stabs them in the back with his dagger for 100/150/200 true damage; approximately 3 times per second. He cannot be knocked off until after 3/4/5 seconds. Gibbly can disengage at will.

Lore Gibbly is a fantasizer; who dreams of becoming Goblin King. To become Goblin King, he would have to eat the worst foods, wear the worst clothes, say the worst jokes, build the worst creations, and get all of the other goblins to approve of his disastrous ideas! There was just one problem. Gibbly has never seen another goblin in his entire life. He often wonders if his family raided some human village and left in a stupor without him. Or maybe he was a half-goblin? Whereby his dad raped some fine, human wench, and when he was born his human mother was so appalled by his appearance she left him for dead. All Gibbly knows for sure is that his life has been miserable since birth. He was picked up by slave traders and forced to work to the bone mining for ore. After 13 years of building muscle mass and planning his escape, Gibbly found his opportunity. He learned that his metal shackles were made of iron and not steel. He also knew that the iron would oxidize faster if exposed to water; which the cave provided. But how did he know this? Where did he come from? He was an outcast in a cruel world that frowned and scoffed at goblinkind. Gibbly used his pickaxe to wedge out the cuffs and he was off to the races. He killed his tormentors with anything and everything he could get his hands on. Sticks, stones, tools, and bones. Life on the run was exciting, but Gibbly found his claim to fame by being a mercenary in the piss ant squalor of the impoverished gutterways of large cities. He would do anything or kill anyone for fish scraps and bread nuggets, but Gibbly knew he was not just an ordinary goblin. He was exceptional at everything he did. If he gambled, he was the best bluffer. If he was tinkering, he always found a way to improve its design. He invented knew ways to execute his crimes. Mixing powders and playing with fire, he could elude even the smartest humans. Gibbly was different, but why and how, he could not explain. His past was a dark cloud. It was the only problem he couldn't solve. Gibbly was only certain of one thing. By hook or by crook, he was going to track down his goblin horde and become their Goblin King.
