Champion Idea: Mumble

Mumble, the Freljordian Inventress

Character Description: Mumble is a freljordian yordle that is a penguin. Mumble is a female inventress, who invented a machine able to create ice and blow out cold air called the Hextech C-9 Ice Creator 3000. She is a supportive mage who has alot of cc to help out her team.

2nd bar: Ice

• The bar goes down as she uses the ice from her machine.
• If the bar runs out, the machine can still create ice, but the ice it had created first melts away.

Passive: Excitement

• After using an ability, for the next few seconds, she gains a burst of movement speed. For toggled abilities, she gains movement speed for the duration of the toggle ability being used.

Q: Ice Trail

• Mumble releases ice from behind her from her invention, toggle ability.

• Leaves a trail of ice behind her on the ground.
• Deals a small amount of magic damage to and slows enemies in the trail.
• Ice lasts 30 seconds before expiring.

W: Freljordian Winds

• Blows a cold wind in a straight line from her invention.

• Deals magic damage over time to enemies in the wind.
• Allies that run in the direction of the wind gain movement speed.
• Enemies that run against the wind are slowed.

E: Belly Slide

• Dashes in a direction (similar to a lucian dash).

• Belly sliding over the ice trail or in the Freljordian winds extends the length of the dash and increases the speed of the dash by 50%.
• Belly sliding over a certain amount of ice trail knocks up enemies at the end of the trail. The duration depends on how far she traveled, lasting longer the farther she traveled.
• All enemies on the trail as she slides are pushed aside and dealt magic damage.

R: Deep Freeze

• The trail and winds becomes exteremly cold and enemies on the trail are frozen.

• Stuns all enemies on the trail temporarily (duration depends on level).
• For the next few seconds, the slows/movement speed from her abilites are increased.
• Her abilities also deal more damage for the duration.
