Champion Concept: The Exalted Revenant, Lutio
So uh...my first blog/forum/I do not even know...But yeah, I was really inspired by skin concepts on deviantArt and just felt like designing a champion. I used mostly Karma and other Support/Mages for reference for the scaling of his stats and skills, but I may have screwed up royally. I hope you at least enjoy the idea. Here it goes: League of Legends Champion Concept
Lutio (Lu-teo): The Exalted Revenant
Class:Main-Support, Secondary-Mage. Uses: MP and HP. Race: Human (deceased and now revived). Appearance: Tall, approximately 6’5. Large glowing tattoos/cracks on his torso. He wears no shirt. Overall: Lutio is strong Support/Mage hybrid focused on positioning and timing. Although he uses both MP and HP for casting, highs costs in both force tactical choices as to when to use each skill.
Lore: "The sacrifice I made, I have never regretted. Unto eternity, I would repeat the pain, if I would save those who need me by doing so."
Nothing about Lutio's birth seems odd. He was born to loving parents, both human, both with no magical talent, no status. At the age eight, however, a rogue witch took an interest in his father and began to torment the family; her magic slowly drove his parents to despair. After two slow years, the witch finally tired of her game: she obliterated the front room of their house, and stalked forward to kill Lutio's hapless mother. Licking her lips excitedly, the witch failed to notice Lutio, who trying to save his mother, threw a piece of rubble at the attacker. In the second she spent turning around, a raging maelstrom of energy had formed around her target. As she charged him, Lutio solemnly raised hand and smote the witch in a torrent of energy.
Following the attack, Lutio's eyes turned an unearthly white, and magical energy seeming radiated off of him. His parents died within the year, quickly consumed by a mysterious disease. Left alone, Lutio resolved to hone his skills, and over the course of three years, he became an adept sorcerer and healer. By then, Noxus had begun its purge of Ionian culture, back by Zaun, and to the horror of Demacia. Desperate to save the battered Ionians, Lutio showed his prowess before the Demacian generals, and was granted the position of Scion of The Right Wing: charged with leading the arcane support for one third of the Demacian army.
Although the combined might of Demacia and Ionia rolled back Noxus, not every battle ended in joy. After a brutal campaign through deeply forested mountains and caves, The Right Wing found itself entrapped against a cliff. For three days they fought skirmish after skirmish, leaving them fatigued and demoralized. On the fourth morning, Swain, The Master Tactician, led his men for the coup de grace. Lutio ordered his men to form a circle with lances out, protecting the mages inside, but the Noxian forces surged forward interminably. Pushing his way through his men, Lutio summoned every ounce of power at his command. Once more, the maelstrom rushed forth, and as his life slipped away, his blood boiled and breathing became harder as frost crept into his skin. This time, however, his magic surged forward and into his men. Empowered by his magic, The Right Wing swept through the Noxian forces and emerged exhausted but victorious. But, as his men turned to cheer him, his pulse stopped, and the coldness of death stilled his heart.
At the moment of his death, one of the oldest and brightest stars in the heavens fell. The star soared through the reddened skies and crashed into the cliff beneath the sepulcher built for him. Pulsing with magical energy, the area surrounding it began to bloom wildly, and the destruction caused by Noxus slowly healed. One year after his sacrifice, the star’s magic had crept its way and imbedded itself in his tomb. After two years, Wisps— essentially miniature stars—began to illuminate the dark passages of the tomb. Finally, after three years, Soraka wandered into the vale feeling the pulse of the star and its Wisps, and tiptoed into Lutio’s crypt. As she traced her hands along the glowing veins of magic imbedded in the walls, the star’s magic coursed through her body, and lead her to the fallen mage. Held in a trance by the celestial power surging inside her, the Star Child, cracked the barrier she was sworn to uphold: the barrier between life and death. Once again, she heard the stars call down to her, but they were muffled by the echoing will of the fallen star, telling her to just place her hand on Lutio’s heart. As their skin touched, the massive essence of the star rushed forth from Soraka’s fingers, the Wisps surrounding her flew through the portal she had opened. Exhausted but unhurt, Soraka crawled across the dusty floor to the wall opposite of the portal, and looked on in awe; before her eyes, Lutio’s spirit—infused with both the star and Soraka’s power—glided out of the world of the dead, and fused with his body
Once more among the living, Lutio swore that he would use his powers as he had whilst living: to protect his allies and cripple their enemies. After traveling across Runeterra to the Institute of War, Lutio took the title of The Exalted Revenant and fights beside his allies with all the might of his unbridled spirit and the light of his star.

Once the effect ends, Lutio’s Wisps are gone, and his physical form must recover before he can begin healing again.

He might be really broken, or just messed up, and I am just totally blind; constructive feedback is always welcome. I am terribly sorry if there are any glaring spelling errors that I missed!
