If riot wants a lot of money they should make a Shaco skin based upon a kids birthday party. He would be a party clown. His knives and boxes could be balloons and he could have very clunky shoes. just an idea..

This would make sense if it's name was instead 'Surprise party Shaco' because of Fiddlesticks skin, if you didn't know this already, Shaco and Fiddlesticks are basically good friends, so this would make a good skin duo!
