I've recently looked at the store and i realized that Riot aren't putting out 975 RP skins anymore?

What's up with that?

They are putting out 975 skins Just rarely

Few years ago they announced that 1350 would be the new "normal" skin price because tbh 975 skins aren't just cool enough

Not exactly. It was last year (2018) and they said they would still make them only when they knew they could bring something that felt good for players at a lower cost.

Last time they put out a 975 skin was 14th June last year. The same year also saw release of only 3 skins priced at that tier. So it's pretty safe to say they stopped doing those.
