New Champ Idea "Fester"

While my drawing skills are lacking I think most will like the concept of this champion. If someone with skills wanted to make an animation for the champion based off my idea and description I would forever be in your debt.

Champion Name = Fester

Concept - Remember "The Adams Family"? Well, the basic concept of his look at name come from Uncle Fester. Visually ingame he would be a short, wide and "cute" ball of hair with little boots, black eyes that show through the coat, and a moustache. Think amumu, but slightly wider and a mound of grey hair.

Uses - Based off the skill ideas i have, i think he would make for a good jungler or top Hybrid. Tank and AP stats and Items would be most beneficial.

Heres a Breakdown of his abilities.

Q - "Prickles" - Fester shoots a large group of sharp hair spores. Damage would scale on AP and AD i.e (100 ad base + (35ap) off items etc)

W - "Boo" - Fester Shouts "Boo" loudly scaring enemy champs and monsters in range. Effected Champs are slowed by 50% for 1.5 Seconds and dealt 75 base Magic damage. Creeps and Monsters are scared and become "possessed" for 2 seconds making them turn away and unable to attack Champions or enemy Minions.

E - " Hair Die " (play on words... get it :P ? ) - Fester casts Hair die and becomes Empowered with Self confidence. He gains 40% movement speed and 40% attack speed for 5 seconds. In addition, Allied champions in range gain 50% of those Abilities for 5 seconds. Enemies who are Auto Attacked by Fester during this period are slowed by 25% for 1 second for each hit.

R " Moustache E-Oh" Festers Magnificent Moustache shoots out and grabs any enemy champ in range for 2 seconds. While those champs are being held by his Moustache, they are completely stunned and unable to move or cast abilities. this ability also does scaled Magic Damage to all champions he attaches his moustache to.

Passive - "Shimmer" Every 5 minion kills, or Assist rewards a Stack to his Passive. Each stack adds "coat health" to fester offering 2 Armor and 1 Magic Resist. Can be stacked up to 20 times ( 40 Armor and 20 Magic Resist ) but 50% is lost for each Death.

Obviously the base stats and other iniquities would have to be worked out in the testing process, but he would offer a new supprt jungler option to the frey.
