new support/mage champion

Hello fellow rito gamers, I am posting this idea of a range support mage that Ive been thinking of for sometime. the name of the champion is quam. Its a celestial being protector of planets that takes on the form of a transparent human made of different stars.

the lore goes like this "Quam a celestial being that has been wondering universes since the day it was brought into this world. Not knowing why or where it originated from it is determined to find out.Quam has witnessed lots of deaths of planets through the destruction of other planets and other clestials in its 1st millennia and has vowed to do what it can to protect what it can with whatever it can.Quam has figured out that it can fuse its self with dark holes suns and other stars at the end of their cycle to extend its life.

Quam unlike most other supports does not run on mana, instead uses his health as a resource.

Passive is if he uses an ability and it kills him, he shifts becomes immune for 3 seconds when that ends he gains 5% of his health back plus the cost of the ability that killed him as a shield for 3 seconds with a 90 -160 second cool down. If he is done in with a killing blow he heals for 15% of his total health and gains 10% movement speed for 3seconds.

Q black hole: **costs 5% health **

launch a black hole at a destination like threshs lantern but instead of doing all that hocus pocus mumbojumbo it pulls people into it and explodes after 3 seconds causing aoe damage 50/65/80/95/110 (+25ap and 10+bonus health) and stunning for **1/1.15/1.25/1.35/.145 **seconds.As a passive it gives a buff of 150%

**W white dwarf: ** **costs 20% health ** range place a white dwarf at target location allies that walk within the area of the dwarf are granted a shield closer you get to the center the more powerful the shield . Every ally that walks through the dwarf heals quan 1.5% of his total health (only allowed the shield once every 10 sec) Passive increases movement speed by 5% .

E astral field an aoe that heals for 2.5 health for allies but costs 1.5% of his health channeled for 7 seconds. Passive ap by 5%.

**R solar bomb ****costs 25% health ** launches a sun at a target the grows as it heads towards its destination increasing in damage then shrinks, if it hits someone at its biggest point it does maximum damage and causes anyone in its radius to flee for 1.25 seconds and taking their total health damage for 3 seconds.

every abilty it learns alters his appearance and makes it more visible. dark hole is on his left hand while white hole is his right hand, the solar bomb is where his heart would be and astral shift amkes it lighter. when the abilities are on cooldown they slowly grow back to their size.

I couldn't help but just give you a helping hand (There're just grammar and spelling mistakes everywhere and it's bugging me). Some of the ability descriptions go on and on and look all convoluted that it made me (almost) almost skip your concept and just skip reviewing it entirely all together. So for clarity's sake...

Instead, here, delete the entire ability descriptions you made, and copy and paste/replace these ability descriptions I made for the ability kit since it's much cleaner and more understandable:


#Quam - The Celestial Being

(Innate) Saving Guidance: CD: (90 - 160) sec

Passive: For one time, if Quam tries to cast an ability even if he doesn't have enough health, then instead, he will die and gain immunity for 3 seconds, and after that, he gains (5% of Max HP) health back and a shield depending on the cost of the ability that killed him for 3 seconds.

If instead, he gets killed by a killing blow, he will gain (15% of his Max HP) health and 10% movement speed for 3 seconds, triggering the cooldown.


##(Q) Black Hole: Cost: (5% of Max HP) CD: (?? - ??) sec Active: Quam selects a target location and sends a black hole there that will pull people and explode after 3 seconds, causing (50 / 65 / 80 / 95 / 110 + 25% of AP + 10% of Max HP) damage to nearby enemies and stunning them for (1 / 1.15 / 1.3 / 1.45 / 1.6) seconds.


(W) White Dwarf: Cost: (20% of Max HP) CD: (?? - ??)_ sec

Active: Quam places a white dwarf star at the target location. Allies that walk within the area of the dwarf are granted a minimum (?? / ?? / ?? / ?? / ??) shield that increases the closer they are to the dwarf for a maximum of (?? / ?? / ?? / ?? / ??) shield for ?? seconds and cannot regain a shield again for 10 seconds.

When an ally walks through the dwarf, Quan heals for (1.5% of Max HP) which can only happen every ?? second.


(E) Astral Field: Cost: (9.5% of Max HP) over the course of 7 seconds. CD: (?? - ??) seconds

Active: Quam channels and bestows a target location as an astral field for a maximum of 7 seconds as long as the channel isn't broken. Allies that enter the location are healed for (?? / ?? / ?? / ?? / ??) every second.


(R) Solar Bomb: Cost: (25% of Max HP) CD: _(?? / ?? / ??) seconds

Active: Quam launches the sun at the target location which explode upon contacting with enemy champions and grows as it heads towards its destination, increasing in damage for a maximum of (?? / ?? / ?? / ?? / ??), and then shrinking afterwards.

if it hits someone at its biggest point, it does the maximum damage and causes anyone in its radius to flee for 1.25 seconds.


#Ahem That took a lot of time and effort, but for the most part, key points of your ability descriptions are retained (Although some were removed, you're the one to proofread what I wrote if I missed some of it). Some of the stuff didn't make sense and therefore, removed, because of how they were worded... like...

and taking their total health damage for 3 seconds.

That doesn't make sense: is it suppose to be a health drain? There's more on top of my head, but I'll let you configure what's wrong and add the stuff as I'm just here to save the day (Grammar Police to the rescue) so that everyone could read your concept and understand your "new support-mage champion."

As for the champion kit, I don't know. Now that everything seems understandable, I just don't have the time right now to review your champ, so I'll answer in a later response to your post at a later time (Although, from just skimming, some of the abilities are way too op). Stay tuned.

Q - 5% HP i not alot for what your asking, example" 500 Max hp = 5% is 25HP, AND it costs less health the lower you are.
