[Champion Concept] Fester, the Decomposing Spirit
Here is yet another champion. I will add soon way more stuff about him.
Base stats: 125 attack range, other stats are somewhat like diana stats
Passive: Decomposing Spirit
Parasitize: Fester can choose to blink on an enemy champion or large/epic monster that has died in the last 2 seconds within 850 range. If he does, he deals 40+10 per level (+25% AP) magic damage to all enemies in a 300 radius around him, and slows them by 30% for 2 seconds. Fester gains 3 decay for each enemy hit with this.
Decay: Fester has a special resource he is using called Decay. He gains 3 decay for each minion, 5 decay for each siege minion/small monster, 8 decay for each large monster, and 15 for each enemy champion/epic monster that has died within 850 range. Additionally if he stands on enemy champion corpses he gains extra 20 decay after 3 seconds. These gains are doubled when Fester is under 50 decay.
Max 100 decay.
Q: Cannibalize: Fester feasts on an unit that has died in the last 3 seconds, gaining 20 decay over 3 seconds while feasting.
Depending on the enemy feasted, Fester gains bonuses: Minions/Monsters: Gains 10/20/30/40/50% movement speed for 3 seconds, and heals for 20/40/60/80/100 (+10% AP). Champions: Gains 25/40/55/70/95 base damage on abilities for 3 seconds.
Fester can be interrupted while feasting, and if he is, he doesn't get the bonuses. Any displacement or stun will interrupt this.
No cost Cooldown: 16/14/12/10/8 seconds
W: Necretize
Passive: Upon reaching 100 decay, Fester loses decay until he has 50 over 5 seconds. During that time, he deals 60/100/140/200/240 (+75% AP) magic damage over the duration to all enemies in a 300 radius around him.
_Active: _ Fester corrupts the ground in an 1000 radius up to 550 units away for 5 seconds. While enemies stand on it, Fester deals 20/50/80/120/160 (+15% AP) magic damage per second. For each extra second the enemies stand on the ground, this ability deals 5% extra damage.
Additionally if an enemy champion stays for at least 3 seconds in the zone, Fester gains 15 decay. This can apply for multiple enemies.
Cost: 50/45/40/35/30 Decay Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds
E: Putrefy
Fester binds to a target unit,ally or enemy, for 5 seconds.
If the unit dies during the duration, Fester gains bonuses depending on the unit.
Minions/Monsters: 10/20/30/40/50 Attack Power, Ability Power and Decay, and heals for 30/60/90/120/150 (+10% AP).
Champions: Fester uses his Parasitize on the target, but instead of 300 radius damage, it's extended to 550 radius, and he deals extra 20/40/60/80/100 (+20% AP) magic damage on his next 3 basic attacks.
Cost: 20 Decay Cooldown: 16 seconds
R: Vessel
Fester sacrifices itself, binding to an enemy champion, slowing it by 60% and dealing 8/16/24% (+1% per 75 AP) of it's maximum health as magic damage over 7 seconds. If the enemy champion dies during this duration, Fester is revived, takes control of that enemy champion and Fester has the same percentage of health Fester had at the moment when he cast this spell, while also blinking to his corpse and applying Parasitize.
While controlling the enemy champion, you have their base stats, and you can reactivate this ability to gain additional 30/50/70 attack power/ability power for 2 seconds.
You cannot be healed while in this form, and you lose 10% of your max health each second. Upon the enemy champion dying, you die aswell.
