New champion idea

Hello, i just want to suggest new champion, its like AP support.

Pasive - Passively grants every 8 (basic) attack the ability to deal 50 Magic Damage and a 1 second Stun.

Q - push or pull the target, and decrease (increase speed if you using it on your team mate) runing speed, by 6%/15%/20%/25%/30% for 3 seconds.

W - This skill is like nidalee ult you can transform your self to Pulling mode or switch to Pushing mode. (increase Q skill effect by - 10/40/80/100/150 units)

E - Teleport one selected team member to base, without any skill cast. (cannot be used on your self)

R - globally push or pull all enemy heroes by 600 / 650 / 800 units and deal 250 damage + 20% of your AP!

going to go with, not happening, i get your push pull ideas, but riot doesnt like you doing things to allies without prmission for the most part, ergo only Kalista ult can do that and even that is controversial but reduced by fact that the person grabbed decides where and when to fire, not kalista

yours gives no choice to ally . allowing you to troll immensely with things such as pushing them into enemy team, or just being a dick to someone cause they instalocked ADC that you wanted to play now your butt hurt, litterally spend whole game teleporting them back to base (which sounds more like an ult than a normal skill for league)

W boring, doesnt do much for gameplay

R: So a karth ult with no cast time, less dmg, and CC, with both disengage and engage potential for your team.....not going to happen, least not global range for sure

A lot like Flux from HoN, but nonetheless I would welcome such an awesome ult with open arms.

This sounds pretty cool!

The one thing I would suggest is that you make sure the E has some sort of "acceptance," step, sort of like Thresh's lantern. I can imagine it would be pretty easy to troll with this champion if you could throw teammates back to spawn without any sort of input from them.

Other than that, the champion sounds pretty interesting. It reminds me of Janna.
