When is 2015 Harrowing starting?

I still can't decide if I'm going to buy any of the skins. They don't seem very well thought out.

Personally I adore the Zombie Nunu, its almost legacy value. Jinx and Panth especially though, I feel fell by the wayside.

Edit: Just learned that they are making these skins legacy. Sad. I think Nunu is the only one with the value for legacy.

Honestly, I don't like Nunu at all so I didn't really pay attention to that skin. I was mainly referring to the Jinx and Pantheon skins.

To each their own. I thought Nunu was more thought out than the others. As for the Slayer skins, I really don't suggest anyone buy them... Honestly, they aren't really anything worth the money, at least to me. Both have a lot of work that should have been done and has yet to be done, with the harrowing coming in just a few days.
