Is this true? You dont need to login or something, you just need to send link to friends and you get point, if you collect 4 you can redem them for rp, i mean it looks so familiar with league web site so i dont know if it is true

Check out cluvie's RP scam awareness post here for information on that. They are definitely fake; it's easy to use the League site's image assets to "copy" the page and make theirs look official, but Riot's official sites are;

- lolesports.com
If it can't be found on those pages as an official Riot post, it's not from Riot.
