Champion mastery added Flair

I wish Riot added something more to masteries like for instance, if u surpass 1 million points on your champ(and you are lvl 7 with that champ) you have like an added flair with your lvl 7 emote, both in the loading screen and in-game.

Or better yet, add more than 7 mastery tiers.
